My Next App ("www.mynextweek.com”, "we," "us,") respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains our practices relating to the collection, use and disclosure of information, including personal information which we may collect from time to time. My Next App is committed to ensuring that your information is stored safely and responsibly. We are committed to complying with privacy laws which apply to us.
This policy deals with:
• the types of information that we may collect from you when you access or use our Web App - My Next Week and other online services (collectively, our "Services"); and
• our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.
This policy applies only to information we collect through our Services and in the electronic communications sent through or in connection with our Services.
My Next App strives to offer its visitors and Users the many advantages of Internet technology and to provide an interactive and personalized experience. For these purposes, we, from My Next App, may use personally identifiable information – like your name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, photo, etc., which are subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. My Next App will never sell, barter, or rent your email address to any unauthorized third parties.
1. DEFINITIONS
My Next Week is a web-based Web Application, owned by My Next App Inc., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Canada, registered under My Next App Inc., having its seat and registered office at 17 Hickory Trail, Spruce Grove, AB, Canada, which enables users to make use of the Services provided on My Next Week’s Web App.
User
“User” or “you” or “your” refers to you, as a user of the Services. A user is someone who accesses or uses the Services for the purpose of sharing, displaying, hosting, publishing, transacting, uploading information or viewing pictures and includes other persons jointly participating in using the Services,

“Services” include any and all services, which My Next App may offer to the User, through the Web App.
Content
“Content” will include (but is not limited to) images, photos, audio, video, location data and all other forms of information or data available through the use of the Services provided on the My Next Week Web and Moble Apps.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM OUR USERS
My Next App may collect and use information of and regarding its Users. The information, through which the person may be identified, may include data, which the User voluntarily enters, uses or provides when using the Services of the Web App, or submits when creating a User Account. My Next App collects and uses the information for the purposes, outlined in the Terms and Conditions, as well as to offer new services to the User or to familiarize him with new functionalities on the Web App.
We collect two types of information from and about our Users, including information:
• by which you may be personally identified; and/or
• about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services and your usage details (i.e. your Internet Service Provider).
The information we collect on or through our Services may include:
a) User Account information: Your full name, email address, and other information you may provide with your account, such as your address, mobile phone number that may be displayed as a part of your User Account;
b) Preferences: Your preferences and settings such as time zone and language;
c) Searches and other activities: The search terms you have looked up and results you selected;
d) Browsing information: How long you used our Services, which features you used, etc.;
e) Communications: Between you and My Next App support staff regarding the Services and your use of the App.
f) Posts: You also may provide information (images, comments, etc.) to be published or displayed on publicly accessible areas of the Services.
g) Transactional information: If you make payments or purchases through our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions;
h) Information from third parties: We may collect, process and store your user ID associated with any social media account (such as your Facebook and Google account) that you use to sign into the Services or connect with or use with the Services. This could include, without limitation, any information that you have made public through a given social media account of yours.
3. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM OUR USERS
How we collect and store information depends on the pages you are visiting, the activities in which you elect to participate and the services provided. For example, you may be asked to provide information when you register for access to certain portions of our Web App, create a User account, request certain features or when you make a payment. Like most Web Apps, My Next Week also collects information automatically and through the use of electronic tools that may be transparent to our visitors and Users. For example, we may log the name of your Internet Service Provider or use “cookies” technology to recognize you and hold information from your visit. As we use additional technologies, we may also gather information through other means.
Where you provide us information about a third party, you must have the consent of that third party before providing us with that information. By providing us with information regarding a third party you warrant that you have their permission to provide that information to us.
4. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Like other Web Apps, we collect information to enhance your visit and deliver more individualized content. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with anyone, except in cases when that proves necessary.
Aggregate information and information that does not personally identify you, may be used in many ways. For example, My Next Week may combine information about your usage patterns on the Web App with similar information obtained from other users to help enhance our Web App and Services (e.g., to learn which pages are visited the most or what features Users find the most attractive). This information does not include any information about you and does not allow anyone to identify you individually. We may use personally identifiable information, collected on the Web App, to communicate with you about your registration and customization preferences; our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; services and products offered by or through the Web App; and other topics we think you might find of interest. Personally identifiable information collected by My Next Week may also be used for other purposes, including but not limited to Web App administration, troubleshooting, processing of e-commerce transactions and other communications with you.
When you use our service, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may also collect data regarding device IDs or identifiers, connection information, device software, statistics of page views, ad data, referral URLs and IP data. We use this data to determine your general geographic location so that we may provide location specific content to you.
Certain third parties who provide technical support for the operation of our Web App – our Web hosting service for example – may have access to such information. We will use your information only as permitted by law. We may also disclose your information in response to a court order, at other times when we believe we are reasonably required to do so by the Web Applicable law, in connection with the collection of amounts you may owe to us, and/or to law enforcement authorities, whenever we deem it Web Appropriate or necessary. Please note we may not provide you with notice prior to disclosure in such cases.
All payment transactions made through the Web interface are processed using a secure online payment gateway (Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology) that encrypts your card details in a secure hosting environment. We do not hold your payment card details on the My Next Week server. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored using a third-party company. This company can be contacted at www.apple.com. Before entering your personal details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy for any third-party company.
5. HOW TO REVIEW, CHANGE OR DELETE INFORMATION
If you would like to review, change or delete personal data we have collected from you or you had submitted or permanently delete your account, please contact us.

6. ACCESSING AND/OR CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
We take reasonable steps to accurately record the personal information that you provide to us, as well as any subsequent updates.
We encourage you to review, update, and correct the personal information that we maintain about you. You may request that we delete personal data about you that is inaccurate, incomplete, irrelevant for legitimate purposes, or is being processed in a way which infringes any Web Applicable legal requirements.
7. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We have implemented Web Appropriate measures in the form of various technical, physical and other means, including, but not limited to measures regarding the security of out electronic systems and databases, locks, racks, cases and other devices and access controlling systems, fire-notifying and fire extinguishing systems. These means aim at improving the integrity and security of the personal information that we collect and maintain. However, please be advised that even the best security measures cannot guarantee the full elimination of all risks. If we learn of any violation, breach or danger to our security systems breach, then we will attempt to notify you electronically so that timely and Web Appropriate protective steps can be taken. Apart from informing you via e-mail, we may post a notice through the Web App if a security breach occurs.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use other companies, contractors and/or agents to provide services to you including but not limited to delivery, marketing, communications, legal services, customer services, information technology providers, credit card or other Payment Methods to conduct transactions. The third parties to whom we disclose personal information may be located within or outside United States.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain third-party providers may be located in or have facilities that are located outside of the United States on foreign servers. So, if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
Once you are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Web App’s Terms of Service.
9. TERMINATION OF THIS POLICY
As mentioned, you may at any time review or change the personal information we maintain about you by contacting My Next Week. Upon your request, we will delete your contact information and personal data from our active databases.
This Privacy Policy is effective until terminated by either party. If you no longer agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, you must cease the use of the My Next Week Web App. If you are dissatisfied with My Next Week’s content, or any of these terms, conditions, and policies, your sole legal remedy is to discontinue using the Web App. My Next App reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Web App, or parts of them, without notice, if we believe, in our sole discretion that such use is in violation of any Web Applicable law, or harmful to our interests or the interests of another person or entity, or where My Next App has reasons to believe that their use is in violation of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use
10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY PROTECTION
My Next App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we learn that we have personal information on a child under the age of 14, we will delete that information from our servers. My Next App encourages parents to go online with their kids.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
My Next App reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your use of the services after any such amendment or change in the Privacy Policy shall be deemed as your express acceptance to such amended/changed Privacy Policy and an assent to be bound by such changed/amended Privacy Policy. Information collected prior to the time any change is posted will be used according to the rules and laws that Web Applied at the time the information was collected.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy and the use of the Web App are governed by the law of Canada. Any dispute arising out of the interpretation or use of this Policy shall be resolved by the competent courts of the province of Alberta, Canada.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
My Next App is controlled, operated and administered entirely within the province of Alberta, Canada.
If you are accessing the My Next Week Web App from another jurisdiction, please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to My Next Week in Canada. and, by using the Web App, you consent to that transfer and to abide by the Web Applicable laws concerning your use of the Web App and your agreements with us.
My Next App may provide a translation of the English version of the Privacy Policy into other languages. You understand and agree that any translation of the Privacy Policy into other languages is only for your convenience and that the English version shall govern your rights and responsibilities. In case there are any inconsistencies between the English version of the Privacy Policy and its translated versions, the English version of the Terms shall prevail.
